the location was central and provided easy public transport access. i could explore the city easily without delays. the staff was helpful too... carlos was great! breakfast included a good selection of food and constant replenishment.

the work surface in the room was very narrow. it was not comfortable for working. obtaining coffee for room use required going to the reception desk in person. the bathroom felt quite small too.

the location proved very convenient. it was a short walk to lifts. these elevators transport you between different levels. i found many restaurants and a grocery store close by.

the hotel upgraded us to a large family room , which i appreciated. the bed felt comfy , and the bathroom included rituals brand toiletries. i liked the hotel's location because it was near all the main sights. i received free welcome wine upon arrival.

the floors had dirty carpet in some areas , including throughout the hotel and the rooms.
